Commercial Units with Inverter
From 5 to 7 simultaneous operators
Commercial central vacuum units consist of side-channel suction turbine, cyclonic dust collector separator with filter self-cleaning system, electrical panel with inverter for automatic airflow control, connecting fittings and metal silencer.
The side channel suction turbines can be installed with motor in either vertical or horizontal position. The inclined-blade profile of the impellers, enables high performance, higher vacuum and air flow, and are equipped with enlarged voltage motors suitable for worldwide operation.
They have a double impeller that guarantees greater stability and a low sound level, due to the greater metal mass and the type of casting (cast aluminum in gravity).
The cyclonic separator collection separator has a container with a 120 liters capacity, equipped with an electro-pneumatic system for filter self-cleaning, consisting of an autonomous air system, compressor and electric panel with weekly timer.
Self-cleaning keeps the filter clean by jets of compressed air along the internal walls of the filter, freeing it from dust that settles in the collecting bag.
This reduces the maintenance of the central vacuum system to a simple emptying of the bag inside the container. The manual cleaning of the filter by an operator is greatly reduced. In this way, the suction turbines will achieve maximum performance over time.

It can be installed in structures with the following characteristics:
- area to be cleaned between 4000 and 7000 m²
- use of up to 7 operators at the same time depending on the model
- Piping system made with piping suitable to handle the required number of operators simultaneous
- 400V power supply
- air exhaust conveyable to the outside
Cyclonic Separator
Composed of:
- Tech painted sheet metal separator support frame complete with anti-vibration feet
- White sheet cyclone separator equipped with washable polyester cartridge filter
- 90-liter dust container complete with wheels and handle for quick release from cyclonic separator
- Electropneumatic self-cleaning system that keeps the filter clean by blasts of compressed air along the inner walls of the filter, freeing it from dust that goes into the collection bag complete with compressor and dedicated tank
- Self-retention system of the dust bag
